Town Square - LAG Project
With the aid of funding through the South Devon Local Action Group, we are undertaking an ambitious project to enhance the appearance of the Quay area. The development will incorporate conservation features and should provide a centrepiece for our campaigns for the next two years.
The project is supported by matched funding from the South Devon Coastal Local Action Group (incorporating funding from the EU, Defra, SWRDA and LEADER). It was started in 2010 and is now nearing completion.

2016 Project Plans
Kingsbridge in Bloom have taken advice from our regional and National judging teams and in 2016 we will be concentrating on consolidating and improving our existing displays as well as working on new projects along the waterside Embankment. Our main egret bed on the town square, shown above, will feature a significant floral display celebrating the 90th birthday of HM The Queen.
The new KIB website is a major step forward for our Group as well as other initiatives such as encouraging more 'It's your Neighbourhood' areas within the town and much more focus on environmental issues.
